We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to join our growing healthcare operations team supporting a U.S.-based healthcare partner. This role combines clinical judgment, patient communication, and operational coordination to ensure timely, appropriate, and well-coordinated patient care.

This is not a bedside role. Instead, you will apply your clinical expertise in a fast-paced remote care environment — screening cases, facilitating telehealth encounters, coordinating care teams, and ensuring accurate documentation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Clinical Intake & Screening

• Review incoming intake requests for clinical appropriateness
• Conduct pre-clinical intake screenings, including:
  • History of Present Illness (HPI)
  • Past Medical History (PMH)
  • Current medications and allergies
• Obtain relevant clinical information from primary care providers, specialists, and pharmacies as needed
• Accurately document clinical information in the EMR system

Patient Communication & Telehealth

• Conduct ETA calls prior to provider visits
• Address patient questions related to referrals, care plans, and visit expectations
• Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to relay key patient information
• Facilitate telehealth encounters by:
  • Setting up virtual visits
  • Collecting clinical information (vitals, medications, history, allergies)
  • Ensuring complete and accurate documentation

Care Coordination & Clinical Support

• Participate in clinical rounds to assist with care planning
• Notify appropriate teams regarding abnormal labs or follow-up needs
• Support aftercare coordination, including chart review and order placement
• Place ancillary service orders as required

Operational & Backup Support

• Maintain organized and accurate documentation
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Serve as backup dispatcher when needed (training provided)
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the role develops

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• Active Philippine RN license
• At least 2 years of hospital-based clinical experience (ER, ICU, urgent care, or med-surg preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience with EMR systems
• Comfortable working night shift (U.S. time zone)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Must have at least 100MBPS internet speed and have backup internet.

• Experience in telehealth, case management, or care coordination
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare workflows
• Previous healthcare BPO or remote clinical support experience
• Experience in dispatch or patient flow coordination
• Have power backup incase of power interruption
