📢 We’re Hiring: Healthcare Intake Agents (In-Office, Urdaneta City)
We’re looking for detail-oriented and empathetic Healthcare Intake Agents to support inbound patient calls and help coordinate medical care for U.S.-based clients. This is a full-time, onsite night shift role at our Urdaneta City operations hub — ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a calm demeanor, and a desire to make a difference in the healthcare space.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
📞 Patient Interaction
- Answer incoming patient calls, chats, or emails with professionalism and care
- Collect personal, medical, and insurance information accurately
- Use screening guidelines to triage cases based on urgency
- Provide clear explanations on next steps or appointment details
📅 Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule home visits or virtual consultations using digital systems
- Coordinate appointment availability across time zones and providers
- Follow up with patients for missing information or clarifications
- Ensure accurate data entry in EHR / CRM tools
📝 Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date records in secure databases
- Ensure all data collection is HIPAA-compliant
- Flag and escalate any urgent or unclear cases to the supervisor
🤝 Team Collaboration
- Participate in shift handovers and daily team huddles
- Collaborate with U.S. client teams to ensure seamless patient service
- Report any issues, feedback, or trends to management for improvement
✅ Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in a BPO, clinic, or similar role (healthcare preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Confident using computers, CRMs, or scheduling tools
- Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure
- Detail-oriented and organized, especially when handling sensitive data
- Comfortable working night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Residing in or near Urdaneta City, Pangasinan
- Willing to work onsite at 2F, S&P Building, MacArthur Hwy, Urdaneta City (not a remote role)
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance or medical records
- Background in medical front desk, nursing, or allied health
- Experience working on U.S. accounts or in healthcare outsourcing
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Athenahealth, Salesforce, or similar
