📢 We’re Hiring: Credentialing Associate

We’re looking for a Credentialing Associate to support provider onboarding, credentialing, and compliance processes for U.S.-based healthcare operations. This is a full-time, night shift (9:00PM–6:00AM Manila Time) role, open to onsite work in Urdaneta City or Makati City, or remote work if permitted by the client.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring healthcare providers are properly credentialed and compliant with payer and regulatory requirements.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

Provider Credentialing & Onboarding

  • Prepare and submit provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications
  • Collect, verify, and maintain required provider documents
  • Track application statuses, expirations, and renewal timelines
  • Ensure credentialing files are complete, accurate, and up to date

Administrative & Compliance Support

  • Communicate with providers, payers, and internal teams regarding requirements
  • Update credentialing databases and internal tracking systems
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and reporting needs
  • Follow established credentialing workflows and procedures

Process Coordination

  • Manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Assist with improving credentialing workflows and turnaround times

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare credentialing or medical administration
  • Familiarity with credentialing workflows and documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with online portals and databases
  • Willingness to work full-time onsite or remote (as approved)
  • Reliable, discreet, and process-oriented

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CAQH, payer portals, or U.S. healthcare systems
  • Familiarity with provider enrollment and re-credentialing cycles
  • Experience supporting audits or compliance reviews
  • Background in healthcare administration, nursing, or medical office operations
